With the support of Ingrid, Tutti Bambini aims to refine its delivery offerings by providing customers with flexible shipping options instead of a single standard method, as well as a reliable after-sales tracking experience.

Key objectives include expanding carrier integrations to provide multiple delivery options and implementing region- and product-specific pricing structures.

This will be achieved through tailored regional rules and price adjustments based on package attributes like weight.

Tutti Bambini also seeks to simplify setting and managing free shipping thresholds while leveraging A/B testing to identify the best strategies for optimizing the cost of deliveries.

That’s all made possible with Ingrid’s back office tool, which will enable Tutti Bambini’s team to easily manage domestic and international delivery settings with no additional IT development post-implementation.

Finally, by reclaiming the order tracking experience and moving away from third-party carrier tracking, Tutti Bambini aims to drive upsells and repeat business.
