Emiel Lutz joins Ingrid as Country Manager in the Netherlands

We are excited to welcome Emiel Lutz as Country Manager in the Netherlands, the appointment that marks another important step towards our goal of becoming the European market leader in e-commerce delivery experience. 

Emiel Lutz comes from Wunderkind, an SaaS performance marketing product for online retailers, prior to which he has gained extensive experience in guiding other technology companies and D2C brands towards the Dutch market.

Ingrid Delivery Experience Platform connects retailers, carriers and consumers to create a better shopping experience and processes more than 40 million orders per year in over 180 countries. Building on the Nordic success and the recent investment from Verdane and Schibsted Ventures, Ingrid is ready to enter the Netherlands and accelerate further European expansion.

“The online retail sector had to reinvent itself after the pandemic and the subsequent inflation, as it was actively looking for ways to improve margins,” Lutz says. “Being profitable in both delivery and returns seems almost impossible, but Ingrid shows in Scandinavia that it is indeed possible.”
